Cold Chain Process

Products frozen to -18°C or below immediately after processing. IQF at -35°C for individual pieces.

Temperature-controlled warehousing at -18°C to -25°C with continuous monitoring and alarm systems.

Insulated and refrigerated transport from facility to port. Temperature logged throughout transit.

Loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers set to -18°C. Container temperature data-logged for full journey.

Reefer containers maintain temperature throughout ocean transit. GPS and temperature tracking available.

Full documentation package accompanies shipment. Temperature records available for import clearance.
