Our headquarters is in Ban Laem, Phetchaburi, Thailand. We operate subsidiaries across Thailand's major fishing regions including Songkhla, Ranong, Pattani, and Trat. We also have an Indonesian subsidiary, PT. Arafura Seafood, based in Sorong, West Papua — providing access to the Arafura Sea fishing grounds.

We export 30+ species across five categories: Farmed Fish (tilapia, pangasius, salmon, carp, etc.), Pelagic Fish (tuna, mackerel, sardines), Shrimp & Crustaceans (vannamei, black tiger, crab, lobster), Cephalopods (squid, octopus, cuttlefish), and Mollusks & Premium Seafood (scallops, abalone, sea cucumber).

Depending on the species, we offer: whole round, headed & gutted (HGT), fillets (skin-on/skinless), steaks, IQF portions, block frozen, cooked, raw, peeled & deveined (for shrimp), tubes and rings (for squid), and more.

Yes. We offer breaded, battered, marinated, smoked, and other value-added preparations depending on the species and your requirements.

Standard MOQ is 1 x 20' full container load (FCL). For premium products (lobster, abalone, sea cucumber), MOQs are negotiable. Contact our export team for details.

Yes. We encourage sample evaluation for new buyers. Sample quantities and shipping costs can be discussed with our export team.

Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product availability and production scheduling. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to stock availability.

Our facilities hold HACCP, BRC Global Standard, FDA registration, EU approval, Halal certification, ISO 22000, and GMP. Select product lines carry MSC and ASC Chain of Custody certification.

Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with microbiological, chemical, and physical test results for the production lot.

Yes. All shrimp products are tested for antibiotic residues and verified antibiotic-free before release. We source from farms with strict antibiotic management protocols.

We support FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR (Cost & Freight), and EXW (Ex Works) terms.

We ship from major ports in Thailand including Laem Chabang, Bangkok Port, Songkhla Port, and Ranong Port, as well as Sorong Port in Indonesia.

Products are loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers set to -18°C or below. Container temperature is data-logged throughout transit. We can provide temperature records upon request.

Yes. We provide full private-label and OEM packaging services including custom design support, multilingual labeling, and nutrition facts panels (FDA/EU format). Available for most species in our portfolio.

Private-label MOQs depend on the product and packaging format. Generally, we require a minimum of 1 x 20' FCL per SKU. Lower MOQs may be negotiable for initial orders.

Yes. Our team can support artwork preparation, regulatory labeling compliance, and packaging material selection. We work with your brand guidelines to create market-ready packaging.

We typically work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and D/P (Documents Against Payment). Specific terms are discussed during order negotiation based on order size and buyer history.

Our standard trading currency is USD. Other currencies may be considered for established accounts.
